DEVELOP Indoor
Programs are designed to introduce the athlete to a structured sports learning and development environment. These programs are recreational in nature, however they are an excellent entry point for future competitive club athletes.
Program Levels

Level 1
Introductory
Objective: Introduce fundamental volleyball skills to athletes new to the sport.
Focus: Basic techniques such as passing, serving, and hitting, with an emphasis on proper form and understanding game fundamentals.
Outcome: Athletes develop foundational skills and a love for the game in a supportive learning environment
Level 2
Intermediate
Objective: Build upon fundamental skills and introduce more advanced techniques.
Focus: Refinement of passing, setting, digging, serving, and attacking skills. Introduction to more tactical aspects of the game.
Outcome: Athletes improve their technical proficiency and begin to understand strategic elements of volleyball, preparing for more competitive play.
Level 3
Pre-Competitive
Objective: Prepare athletes for competitive or strong school volleyball through advanced skill development, physical conditioning, and tactical understanding.
Focus: Advanced skill development across all aspects of volleyball. Strategic gameplay and enhancing team dynamics.
Outcome: Athletes are equipped with the skills and knowledge to compete at higher levels, focusing on performance and achieving team goals in competitive environments.
Level Mixed
Cooperative
Objective: Foster a supportive and fun environment where athletes of various skill levels can learn together.
Focus: Emphasizing teamwork, communication, and enjoying the game while covering a range of skills from basic techniques to more advanced plays.
Outcome: Athletes develop volleyball skills while forming friendships, building confidence, and enjoying a positive, inclusive experience on the court.
Program Types
We offer a range of program types for ages 9-18, with options tailored to different skill levels and interests. The specific programs available may vary each season, providing flexibility and ensuring that athletes can find a suitable fit for their developmental needs and goals.
Weekly Development
These programs provide young athletes with a weekly 1.5 to 2-hour session that focuses on a different skill each week, primarily through drills and complemented by game time in 6 versus 6 or other inventive setups. Offered at various levels, it creates a fun and supportive environment that nurtures a lasting love for volleyball.
House League
These twice-weekly programs are designed primarily for intermediate-level athletes. One day is dedicated to practice, while the other focuses on game play. Each program functions as a pool where the group is divided into multiple teams that play against each other on game day. The season concludes with a final tournament, where all the pools come together for a half-day event on a weekend.
Programs are offered separately for boys and girls.
Skill Clinics
These drop-in sessions concentrate on individual skills with very small groups for personalized attention. Available intermittently throughout the year.
Private Lessons
Private lessons offer personalized, one-on-one training focused on improving technical skills, court awareness, and fitness. Ideal for athletes of all levels looking for tailored coaching and faster progress.
Friendly Play
These programs offer a relaxed, social volleyball experience where the focus is on having fun and enjoying the game. Each session is designed to provide ample playtime with a friendly atmosphere, including some light drills to refine skills.
