Rick Desclouds, shown above helping out Coach Matt Harris and the Fusion 16U Boys Red team at the recent National Championships, is retiring after 35 years coaching the Glashan Spikers boys volleyball team.  Many of the boys who have played, and are currently playing, competitive volleyball in the city owe their start to Rick.  If you take a moment and check out the profiles of many of our Fusion boys, you will see Rick's name listed as a role model.  For the full story, see Dean of Dedication on the OVA web site.

BTW, with Rick helping out on the bench, the Fusion Boys took home a Silver medal from Nationals.
